Now this is one .... of a frustration. For 15 years I am using Macs and my days are full of keyboard shortcuts and combos.
Now Voila's keyboard shortcuts lead a life of their own. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't.
I have even turned of the default Mac screenshots shortcuts. Yes, my "enable access for assistive devices" is turned on.
Running the latest updated version of Voila 3.0.1 (happened before this version too)
Running Snow Leopard 10.6.4 on an iMac 3.06 Intel Core Duo
I am beginning to really like the app, but to me it is essential that shortcuts are working properly!
Hopefully a solution - No need to tamper with settings, it's out of the box, overriding system Hot Keys - Most likely this one needs an update.

Very few users have reported this issue. But, we are unable to regenerate as there are no clear steps to verify. We definitely would like to address this, provided we know where the pain point is. Over a period of time, if you have gathered any info, please share with us. We know that this issue occurs on 10.6.x but we would like to get any pattern or exact conflicts with other apps etc.

My next step will be to try changing the default key combinations in Voila! itself. If the problem is a simple conflict of Voila! commands with system commands, that should resolve things...but if the new key combinations also stop working after a short while the issue is somewhere in Voila! itself. Will let you know in a few days...
