Hi there,
I'm trying to figure out how to create full page screenshots of the mobile view of a website. For this I'd need to resize the window width to something like 320px, but it seems there is a hard coded minimal width of 945px. Any idea for a workaround? I guess this feature would be quite interesting for most web designers.

We are guessing that you're using Voila Web Screenshot for Safari. There are some technical limitations in Safari extensions. We suggest you to download Voila Web Screenshot for Chrome and check if it helps.
