I like your product I just want my audio & video to sync. I purchased Boom 1 only a month or so before purchasing Boom 2. I am not here to complain about paying twice or asking for a refund just for the product to work with video without it looking like I'm watching an old Godzilla movie. I noticed in another discussion on this topic that an update was recently released yet those of us who purchased from the app store do not have access to this. I understand that approval takes time but if you are able to offer discounts to people based on purchases, why can't you offer access to the fixes the same way? I have been following this topic for weeks now and I am glad you have an update. If this update will fix this issue how can I as a still satisfied App Store customer who has fully purchased both versions get access to it? I just want my audio & video to sync.

I like and depend on Boom. So, I really would feel lost without it helping me to hear stuff at a reasonable level. I think Boom's last update was the cause of these problems. That's all I can say, really.
We know it's not at all a pleasant experience to watch a video where the audio lags/syncs out.. And if Boom is not behaving correctly, we got to fix that!
There are certain bugs/issues we can regenerate on our Mac systems but some of them do not get regenerated on our systems in-spite of trying the same exact steps mentioned. We need your help to fix this one. Would it be possible for you to come on a Skype call? We would like to see and understand the issue better, which you can demo on your Mac. Our developers will make note of the points and they may come up with better reasoning in identifying the trouble area and find a solution as well. Could you please provide us with Yes/No answer with one line answer for the following sequences:
1. Does the sync issue occur after the launch of the Boom 2?
2. Or does it occur when you Pause/Play a music file or video?
3. If the sync issue occurs during watching a YouTube video, immediately check whether the issue occurs with the local files (any videos of your collection in QuickTime). If only in streaming video, specify the browser.
4. When you come across the sync issue, how did you try to get rid of it?
5. Which type of feature is mostly and currently used by you in Boom 2 when the sync issue occurs (Boom volume, equaliser or effects )?
6. Are there any external speakers or headphones connected to your system?
7. When the sync issue occurs, please open up your activity monitor and take a screenshot of the same and send it to us.
8. Also send us the full system config.
