Boom won't open

Hi,
I downloaded Boom from the App store some weeks ago.
Was working fine - very pleased.

I have gone to use today and it won't open.
- Doesn't open
- Restarting machine doesn't fix
- Can't uninstall (I'm told it is open!?)
- Can't Force Quit (doesn't show up in list)

I'm not sure what else to do??

Help very much appreciated.

    Do you have multiple copies of Boom installed in your system?
    Have you tried the trial version of Boom before purchasing via Mac App Store?
    While purchasing Boom via Mac App Store, please make sure to uninstall trial version of Boom within the app via Settings->Preferences->Uninstall.
    To force quit Boom, you can do it within 'Activity Monitor'. (Search via 'Spotlight')
    Next, please delete app Boom copies from your system and reinstall a fresh copy via Mac App Store and check if it helps.

  • After update can't open Boom it only show me this picture

    Could you please open Activity Monitor and quit Boom from the same and check if it helps? Next, delete Boom via Finder->Application and reinstall a fresh copy via Mac App Store and check if it helps.

    Could you please follow below procedure and check if it helps.
    -> Click on the 'Know More' button. This takes you to a page containing
    the latest audio component.
    -> Download the appropriate file and install it. This enables the
    system-wide volume booster feature.
    ->Once the installation completes, click on 'Done' in Boom window.
  • Same for me. I won't open for me. Nothing in Activity Monitor.
