Minimise to Menu Bar only

I have purchased Voila (to replace Little Snapper) and I have found that its a better all round app and there are some fantastic features however I cant see an option to minimise it to the menu bar only, there is a dock only, menu & dock option but no menu bar only?

I sent this through as a feature request a while ago and it would be great if this is added in the near future as the dock is full enough as it is without adding the always open "service" style apps to it as well.

I'm also waiting for that feature for a long time already and have found out now that I'm not alone...

Not having it is indeed some kind of 'killer feature' because I like to keep my dock lean and clean...
