Multiple select and transfer to iPhoto

I have tried all the obvious Mac methods to make a selection of multiple screensnaps and transfer them in one go to iPhoto.

It seems to only transfer the 1st image selected of the bunch.

This is slow and awkward and the result ends up in its own event which I have to manually reassemble.

I have hunted through Help and the forum without getting an answer.

Any tips? Thanks. I'd like to perform a lot of group actions on images.

You can definitely select multiple screen-snaps and transfer all of them in one go to iPhoto. You can select multiple screen-snaps from capture tray (below the workbench), individual collections and browser view.

We think, you might be working on an image on the workbench and then selected multiple images from the capture tray without changing the focus. This leads to the issue you have described.
