Boom2 not working, no support

Installed Boom2 on new iMac, really helped but there was a delay between video/audio.  Then Boom2 locked up; spinning wheel when trying to access.  Cant force-quit so had to reboot computer.  Contacted support who had me re-install.  It helped the delay a little but didn't eliminate, then it locked up again.  Support wanted to Skype but that didn't work for me so I asked them to call and they went silent.

I just want the program to work or have a refund but support refuses to contact me.

Has anyone had this same issue and if so what did you do?
