Upgrade from App Store Voila?

Is it possible to access Voila to Capto upgrade process if Voila was purchased through the App Store? Seems the Registration code is required and that is not supplied to those who purchased through the App Store. Is there a path to help us? or?

    If you are a Mac App Store user, we request you to send us your iTunes purchase receipt to redeem the offer. You can send the receipt to capto@globaldelight.com.
    Mac App Store does not provide straight forward mechanism of upgrading. Hence we have to follow the above process.
