Volume keeps going up and down - MacbookAir - Mac OS X Sierra

Hello

I have a MacbookAir and I am using a Logitech G930 headset. When I change the bass on the equalizer the music volume keeps going up and down constantly. What should I do to fix this problem?

Here is the equalizer settings I am using.
