New phone; restoring purchase is unsuccessful

I purchased Boom on my old phone but it says ""Restore Unsuccessful" when I try to restore my purchase. Thanks for any help. Can provide my email address privately.

    Please make sure that you are using the same Apple id that was used during he purchase.

    Also, you can contact Apple Support Team as we do not have any access over the purchases done via iTunes Store.
