2nd user not working

my boom2 works fine but cannot set up on 2 user

    Have you purchased Boom 2 via Mac App Store? If you have purchased Boom 2 via Mac App Store, then please install from App Store itself on 2nd Mac. Make sure that you use the same account which was used on purchase.

    If you have purchased Boom 2 via our website store, then please download a trial copy of Boom 2 from our website www.globaldelight.com/boom next, register the copy with the registration code provided to you on purchase.

    You can retrieve your product registration code by filling the "Lost License Form"
