I am hearing impaired. Boom for Mac is essential for me. Does Boom for IOS boost all system volume or just music?

Boom for iOS is a music player app for iOS devices that can be used to play the music tracks on your local device. It doesn't work like a system wide volume booster app like Boom 2 for Mac.
