Can't stop & save video, and can't recover .voila video in library afterwards

I screen captured a video for around 2 hours, after which when I clicked stop & save, nothing happened. I read from the forum that we can still go to the voila library to get the video. I found my recorded video in the library in .voila format. However, when I double-clicked or try to import it in voila, voila just quit unexpectedly and ask me if I want to submit an error report. Any idea how I can recover my video? It's a very important video to me and I don't want to lose it. Thank you!

If you are able to see the file in Voila library, then you can retrieve the same.

Voila library contains all the data which you worked in Voila until now. To view the contents, you can do a right click (Control click) on Voila library and click on "Show Package Contents”.

- Do a right click on Voila library. Go to 'Show Package Contents'.

- Go to videos->Select file->Right click->Show Package Contents

- Select 'Original', you will find the file inside that folder

To check library path, go to Voila preferences. Please refer screenshot below:
