File Boosting Suddenly Not Working on Boom2

I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there might be a fix. I am running El Captain OS on a Mac. It worked fine for a couple months after I updated my OS to El Captain. Now it it just stopped working and all that happens is that the wheel just keeps spinning round and round. I have deleted the app from the app itself like I heard it should be done but when re-installing the same thing happens. Any suggestions?? Thanks Rocco

Could you please try boosting some other media files and check if it helps?

At the same time, please keep your Console app open, do check for Boom 2 logs when the issue reappears and send it to our Support Team (boom2@globaldelight.com).
