After downloading App from website I click install over and over and nothing I've even paid like an idiot overly excited for sound enhancement. DETAILED INSTRUCTION !! would be nice
I just bought Boom 2, and am having the same frustrating problem. After clicking INSTALL, the spinning gear spins between 5 and 10 min, then defaults again to the INSTALL button. I tried all the steps above, and still can't install Boom 2. I have tried shutting down and restarting twice. I have removed all components and reinstalled. Still the same problem. I'm using Mac OS X Yosemite (10.10.5) on an iMac Retina 5K, 27-inch, late 2014. If I can't get this installed, I would like a refund.
Ok, I'm having the same problem. The step by step process didn't help either. Super frustrated! I also paid directly without installing the demo. Well, that's a lesson learned for me.
Same thing is happening to me. I tried your step by step instruction. But it didn't help. Damn frustrated already. Lesson learn. Don't buy before trying!
