I just purchased Boom 2 and it's been a huge help so far! I have almost no knowledge or understanding of equalizers, though, so I'm not sure what the best settings would be for the files I'm listening to. They are recorded phone calls and sometimes the audio is absolutely *horrible*. Currently with each call, I'm going down the list of presets and trying out each of the add-on extensions to see what *might* work best. I don't expect anyone to teach me the finer aspects of audio equalizer magicks, but if anyone has a suggestion to make this easier, I'd appreciate it.
