Internet seems to be offline!

My Boom2 app is not working on OSX 10.11.  I am getting the "Boom 2 needs the Internet to check" error.  I have reinstalled Boom2 from your website (overwritten the app) but cannot unregister/re-register because it does not see the internet.  I have restarted multiple times.  Thanks

    Could you please mail your query to our Support Team (boom2@globaldelight.com)?
    We will then provide you the steps to re-install and register your copy of Boom 2 via mail.
