The option is available under the recording assistant window, the one that appears just before the recording. You need to select the option 'Record Computer Audio' option ('Need System Audio' option for Mac App Store users, click on the question mark) and install the same.

Every time I try to install the voiladevice pkg I get an error message of " the operation could not be completed. {com.apple.installer.pagecontroller error -1} I'm using version 3.9.2
