Can you provide those instructions here? I tried on my own removing the app and searching for preferences files and folders. After reinstalling I still crash when I try to record selection from the menu bar icon in Finder I start to drag a box to select and it goes to perpetual spinning beach ball.
Thankfully I have the app on my MacBooks as well, but really need it working on my iMac ASAP.
