a shorter file name

hello, is it possible to reduce the file name for example from:
2015-10-28_06-41-27_PM  to 
20151028-184127
removing also the PM using instead 24 H

Currently it is not possible in Voila. Consider your valuable suggestion noted.
Voila does provide an option to disable captured date and time, please refer screenshot below:

At least date is always important to have.
