Boom2 v1,3 & El Capitan

Occasionally Boom2 does not start during system reboot.. Under Console Log have the following error messages...

The recent OSX update El Capitan 10.11.1 seems to have greatly improved the Audio quality and the problem that i was earlier seeing is no longer there and seems to be solved. I am using Imac 27" 5K retina..   Guess it was something to do with the earlier El Capitan OS problem..  Thank you for your attention...

Am experiencing the same incompatibility as others are reporting, except with El Cap 10.11, the Boom 2 icon has disappeared and I have no audio from internal speakers. Audio to headphones, if selected, is Boom 2 balanced. Ironically, no audio is available at Apple.com.
