Boom and Boom 2 can't get it to work on El Captain

Cannot get boom and boom 2 to work good on El Captain

sometimes after delete all objects and the app and reinstall again i get it to work sometimes, but boom needs boom-device installer overtime to get synthesizer, boom 2 gives terrible sound

after reboot i can startover again.

After viewing many other forum entries and also this one, it seems to me that Global Delight likes to sell boom and boom2 but they never reply to questions and problems raised in this forum.
I think i will have to put this in the apple store also or am i wrong Global Delight ?????
When do we get reactions and solutions ??????????

Could you please elaborate your issue with Boom 2? We did provide an update which fixes issues with OS X El Capitan. Could you please update your copy of Boom 2 to the latest version and check if it helps.
