Voila crashed at end of screen capture - now what?

I just wrapped up a 90 minute demo that I was capturing (full screen capture + built-in audio). When I ended the capture, Voila crashed and didn't get to saving the finished file.

From what I can tell my capture is lost -- any idea where I can check for caches, temps, etc?

    Regarding your query, if you are able to see the file in Voila library, then you can retrieve the same.

    Voila library contains all the data which you worked in Voila until now. To view the contents, you can do a right click (Control click) on Voila library and click on "Show Package Contents”.

    - Do a right click on Voila library. Go to 'Show Package Contents'.
    - Go to videos->Select file->Right click->Show Package Contents
    - Select 'Original', you will find the file inside that folder

    To check library path, go to Voila preferences->General->Voila Library Location.
  • Why on EARTH! does it not save the recordings to a temp folder as it goes?????

    Just lost a session that is not recorded!!!

    Really poor showing, looks like I'll be buying another BETTER!!!!! product!!!

    Could you please elaborate your issues with Voila? Which temp folder are you mentioning (if possible, please do send us few screenshots of the same)? Also, could you please send us your system info, OS details and version number of Voila used?
