I just pushed the iMac app from the App Store and downloaded the remote app to my iPhone. It finds my mac, but whenever I try to connect, it tells me "Update Boom 2 on your Mac." I've restarted everything, re-installed everything, turned wifi on/off, bluetooth on/off, turned off my firewall, etc. Nothing works.
Recently we have released an update for Mac App Store version of Boom 2. Please update your copy of Boom 2 to the latest version.
Next, please try connecting Boom 2 Remote again and check if it helps.
