I downloaded a trial of your boom app for mac.
The icon doesn't show up on my taskbar. I tried to uninstall and it says the app is open.
Your product is crap. How can I uninstall it cleanly from my mac? If you don't have a uninstall app for it please create one.
Your developers need to clean this app up.

Regarding your query, we do have a procedure to uninstall Boom within the app.
As you are unable to access Boom via menu bar icon, you need to uninstall Boom manually. Could you please open 'Activity Monitor' and then try to quit the Boom process and delete the app.
Also could you please check for BoomDevice.kext in the following path System/Library/Extensions (refer screen shot), if present delete it, now ensure that BoomDevice has been removed from System Sound Preference (under output). Next restart the system.
