How Do I Register My Boom?

I can't seem to register my Boom app without a registration code -- but I've never been given a registration code! Now I'm stuck with the trial version of Boom -- but I can't seem to delete it in order to replace it with my purchased version of Boom. Please help! Thanks, Rick

    The licensing information and the receipt was sent to your e-mail as soon as you have completed the purchase. It might take some time for the mail to arrive.
    Sometimes the Purchase Confirmation mail lands into the Junk/Spam folder or it might get caught in the Anti-Spam clients.

    Regarding your query, trial version is in-fact the real app. You just need to register the product with the registration code provided to you on purchase.
    Please register Boom within the app. Please refer screenshot below.

    I bought the boom app after the 7 day trial period wrapped up, but now I can't use the app at all. I have the same issue as Rickcleveland where I need my registration code, but still have not received it...I bought the app almost 2 weeks ago, was charged, but still nothing. I would love any help with this situation.

    Could you please write to our Support Team with the email address used to purchase Boom? Also please do mention the point of purchase i.e. whether you have purchased Boom via Mac App Store or the website store.
    Note: Mac App Store version of Boom does not require any registration code. Please uninstall trial copy of Boom within the app via Settings->Preferences->Uninstall and re-install a fresh copy from Mac App Store.
    While re-installing from Mac App Store, make sure that you use the same account which was used on purchase time.

  • ....... unable to open trial version after purchase...... tried to delete program and comes up with program needed for OSX....... I want this gone, not friendly at all......

  • After my free trial I purchased boom and was charged 6.99 but never received the confirmation code. I uninstalled it and now when I go back to the app store it says I need to purchase it. The email address I used is x3airikuhh@aim.com

    Mac App Store version of Boom does not require any registration code.

  • I did not purchase it via the mac app store. I purchased it off of the free trial when it expired.

    As you have mentioned that you did not purchase Boom via Mac App Store, then you need to register the trial copy of Boom with the registration code provided to you on purchase.

  • I'm having the same issue as everyone else. I used the boom trial and then purchased the app through the Mac app store but it requires a registration code i don't have. Can you help?

    Mac App Store version of Boom does not require any registration code. Could you please uninstall trial version of Boom within the app via Settings->Preferences->Uninstall and reinstall a fresh copy via Mac App Store and check if it helps.
    While re-installing from Mac App Store, make sure that you use the same account which was used on purchase time.

  • My version of Boom (v.1.9.4) has just quit working and says that I need to re-register it. Not sure why this would be the case... purchased the app and am not running a trial version. Can't find my serial number and was hoping that an admin could help me out. Thanks.
