I've registered Boom and it's working well, but only when logged in as the user who registered it. There's one more user on the system but in that account, it behaves like an expired trial version. The user who installed it is an administrator but the other one is not..
Running 10.6.8 on MacBook 2,1.

Regarding your query, Boom is an account based application. You can use Boom only in one account. If you try to open Boom in different account then it will ask for the registration details. We are working on this and probably in future updates Boom will be a system wide application.
Boom is a system enhancement sort of a thing. This would be vaguely understandable (maybe) if it was an actual app that I interacted with like a word processor or something.
Now what am I supposed to do? I think you've sold this app on a completely misleading basis. If you have a licensing model that is uniquely user-hostile among all the the apps in the world then you should at least warn people before they pay you.
We understand your frustration, we have noticed it and our developers have been notified about the same. To overcome the problem, what you can do is, register the product on another account too. Hope it helps.
