Could you please let us know which internet connection are you using? If you are using a dongle, it is possible that the data is not sent to us via the same network.
Could you please check if you get any error logs in Console app while registering Boom 2, please do send us the same.
Also, please quit all other third party network related apps and check if it helps. We suggest you to use any other means of network and check if it helps. Also, you can try registering after 24 hour and check if it helps.
