When I attempt to connect my Bluetooth headphones while Boom is enabled, the system becomes unstable and starts running slowly. Sound stops working entirely. If I try to select an Audio device under System Preferences -> Sound, my selection does not stick. It keeps switching back and forth between my Bluetooth device and the BoomDevice. Even disabling Boom in this state is very difficult b/c it is very sluggish to respond to clicks. I typically leave Boom on all the time, so I don't even think to disable it beforehand.
I can work around this state, but it is annoying. Would it be possible to prevent this from happening in the first place?
Thanks

Boom has compatibility issues with Bluetooth headsets/speakers.
Hence disable/quit Boom while using BT headsets/speakers.
