boom will not install on my ipod touch

I bought boom for my mac book and like it very much.I wanted t use it on my ipod touch .I saw it listed for ipod on the global delight home page,so I bought it.It will not open. a message says apropiate programs not fond. I contacted support but have heard nothing.what program do I need?

Our Support Team had got back to you on 6th Oct itself. Sometimes mail lands into the Junk/Spam folder or it might get caught in the Anti-Spam clients.
As a follow up, Boom is basically a Mac app, you cannot use it in iPhone or iPad BUT you can boost the audio and video files on your Mac and sync it to your iPad and iPhone (refer screen shot)
Refer Boom help file for "Audio & Video Files Volume Boost". Once done with the boosting process, next sync it to your iPhone and iPad.

Thank you it did work but now i have 2 copies of boom.I only need one if I had known about boost i would not have purchased one for my ipod .can i please have a refund?
