Exporting captured video is failing on my MacBook Pro. To try and solve the problem I've verified and repaired disk permissions. I've also added Quicktime as an application to handle exports. I have the latest version of Voila. I've also tried creating a new directory for captured videos. No success.

Could you please let us know the format used to export captured video? Do you get any error message when the export fails? Could you please provide us few screenshots of the same?
Also, could you please let us know whether you're exporting the video via menu bar option, right click on the thumbnail or drag & drop the video file to desktop.
Please do send us your system info and OS details.
