Can Boom presets be edited?

edited September 2012 in Boom Discussions
I have the 7 day trial and would buy it if I can adjust the presets. I use Altec external speakers but need to lower the bass. The menu has the Edit Preset and My Preset grayed out in the demo. Are those active in the purchased version?

  • I have the same question. I own a pair of V-Moda LP2s and would like to tone down the bass slightly.
  • Hey All,

Regarding your query, what you can do is set the preset manually and then save it. Also you can delete the same later and create a new one.

We have an option to include better Equalizer (please refer screen shot).

The Boom equalizer effect is applied to the overall sound from the system irrespective of the application playing that sound.

The equalizer comes with a set of default presets for the most commonly used effects and has options to create your own presets and save them for use anytime.

    Note:
    1. Edit Preset - Allows you to edit the name of the Preset and delete the Preset.
    2. My Preset - Lists all the newly created Presets.
