Is annotation available for Video

I notice I can add annotations to Screen Captures Click on Tools and use what you need.
When go to Video and Click on Tools Everything is Grayed Out.

I can do this with Camtasia 2 But because Voila works with Vimeo I'd rather use Voila. Because of the quality.

Sorry to say but currently Voila is limited to image editing only. If video capture is selected then, the features like tools, text cannot be activated.
Consider your suggestions noted, we will surely look into it.
Captured video cannot be edited, but can be trimmed.

Sad to hear. Oh well guess I'll have to figure out how to Transfer videos creaed in Camtasia2 to Wimeo.
