I'm getting a 3-5 second lag on audio playback on video on my iMac (24" early 2009) running the latest Mountain Lion update. Even if I turn off Boom's volume and EQ, the lag persists.
That's some quality technical support right there. I'll be sure to let folks in the App Store know what to expect if they ever need help sorting out software issues. /sarcasm
Regarding your query, could you please tell us from where have you purchased Boom and which version of Boom your using? Earlier Boom had sync issues which has been fixed and verified in v1.3 (current v1.5.1).
There are a few things that we would like to know to help resolve your issue.
- Could you please tell us the sources in which audio/video go out of sync (Ex: iTunes, YouTube etc..) - Once Boom is quit or uninstalled from the system, then Boom has nothing to do with your system sound. - Could you tell us from where have you purchased Boom?
