I'm using PhotoPlus Pro on an iPhone 3GS (iOS 5.1.1). I find that when I upload photos to Camera Roll (& Photo Stream then to iMac) that the file size is much smaller (~50%) compared to the file size of the same picture taken with the native camera although the pixel size is the same. Is there a reason for this (e.g., jpeg compression) and if so how might it affect image quality if the picture is blown up?
