For no apparent reason the audio seems to pan right randomly, I adjust the volume and it stutters slightly back to centre but then jumps straight back the right, only fix is to go into system preferences to fix
Few users have reported the issue of balance shifting randomly. We are looking into the issue but were unable to get a sequence to regenerate the issue. Could you please help us by providing the below details. - Version number of Boom 2 used (latest is v1.1.2) - Does the issue occur every time after a system restart? - Do you use any headphones? (Please provide us more info on the same) - Could you send us your system info and OS details - Do you use external monitors/HDMI?
I am also experiencing this issue. Here is all the relevant info: -Version of Boom: 1.9.4 (not Boom 2) -System and OS: Yosemite 10.10.3, 2015 MacBook -Problem occurs after every system restart -No headphones, no HDMI
I'm having the same problem. I'm using the latest version of Boom 2 and my audio balance always sets itself to the right channel only. I'm always going back into my System Preferences and resetting the audio balance to the centre.
I love the sound quality of Boom but this has been annoying bug for a long time. I'm using OS X Yosemite 10.10.4 on a Mac Pro.
