Unable to Perform Screen Capture

I have been using Voila on the same Mac, same OS for over a year. Yesterday, it stopped working. When I do a screen capture, from the menu or hot keys, I get a pop-up box from Voila that says "Alert" and it does not capture the screen. Thank you for any help you can give me.
