i cant activate my license

I have changed my mac but formate the previous mac and now that I want to install my version on this mac I can not any help please?

    Have you purchased the app via Mac App Store? If you have purchased via Mac App Store, then please re-install from App Store itself. Make sure that you use the same account which was used on purchase.

    If you have purchased via our website store, then please download a trial copy of the app from our website www.globaldelight.com next, register the copy with the registration code provided to you on purchase.

    You can retrieve your product registration code by filling the "Lost License Form"

  • I did just what you said, Downloaded trial version, entered my Name, Email, registration number, and it comes back "Unregistered Version"
