How do you upgrade Boom

uname

Popup message showed that there was an upgrade for boom, popup disappeared, can find no way to get any settings for upgrading this app. Any ideas?

You have an option within Boom to "Check for Updates Automatically". Click on Boom icon in menu bar->open Boom window->Settings->about->Check for Updates Automatically

Also you have an option "Check Now" in the same window to check for updates.
