    Could you please confirm from where have you purchased Voila?
    If you have purchased Voila via our website, please make sure to register trial copy of Voila with the code provided to you on purchase and check if it helps. If you still have any issues, we suggest you to contact our Support Team (voila@globaldelight.com) for further help.
    Note:
    Mac App Store version of Voila does not require any registration code.
