I didn't receive answer for my help request, however I did try again today and I could register the app correctly. Please try again, hopefully they solved this issue silently
I am still having the same problem just keeps coming back with 'cant connect to server'!! been trying to register for 4 days now. I am onthe trial verson which wil expire soon!!!!.... I am getting a little annoyed now. I have paid for it so it should work
Hi @Pzippy: Can you un-install Boom 2 and re-install again? After this step, please do ensure your date/time is set correctly to your time zone and network access.
I am not very happy. The customer service you guys offer is a little bit dismall to say the least. This is not the way you treat loyal customers! I have been emailing and contacting yourselves for the pas 5 days now, with no joy....I am currenlty running Boom 2 on trial but that will run out i a couple of days...
I installed it on 1 Mac and it works and i could register. On my second Mac i can“t register: Saying "can't register. network problems". I tried uninstall/install, but still the same problem.
