Sonos Play

Hey - just got Boom 2, and I love it!

Question though - I'm guessing this doesn't translate when I play music from my mac onto my sonos play, right?

I turned Boom 2 EQ on and off, but didn't notice anything. Tried fiddling with the effects too but to no avail.

Not a dealbreaker by any means, but was just curious if by messing with the EQ if it could port to playing on a sonos.

Hi @ChrisDutra: Great to know you are loving Boom 2!

While Boom 2 is designed and calibrated explicitly to run on a Mac, the sound routs through connected devices as well. Though Boom supports some wireless enabled external speakers, but it may not for all the ones out there in the market. Hope this helps.

That's fair. I may try to do this myself. The issue isn't boom, it's more on the Sonos side and how they work with uPnP.
