Bought Voila but Product Key is Incomplete

I bought a boxed copy of Voila, but the product key printed on the back of the disk sleeve is incomplete. How may I find out the remaining characters?

Hi thanks for the reply. I've tried sending an email to Support several times now over the past couple of weeks, but have not heard anything. Is there a direct email address I can use to contact them?
