Boom has updated and asks to be registered again..!

its very annoying as Ive had boom for years and i have no idea what my reg key is. ans theres no link on the register box to ask for a forgotten key.. why must it unregister each update.

  • It is also happening to me !! Also when I try to register Boomb gives me an error "You have more than one copy registered".

    I dont know if its due to my old mac mini, and I dont know how to unregister! :S

    I'm thinking on quit using this sw because you dont treat well your customers at all.

    You can retrieve your product registration code by filling the "Lost License Form"

    Yes I have the same problem I sent a mail to the support but I haven`t get an answer yet.
    I bought this product for 2 computers 1 at home and 1 at my job but unfortunately I changed my job computer and the old one the user is completely deleted that means that I don`t have this program Boom to unregister so when the program was gone on my old computer I thought it is not going to be a problem to add this registration number to my new installed boom on my new computer, but I get this notification

    " Ops! The registration details entered is already in use and/or exceeds the number......".
    Weird and really irritating. Try to fix this issue please. It has to be the way if the program it doesn't exist on the computer automatically also the registration is gone.

    Our Support Team has already contacted you, and it seems that your issue has been resolved.
  • I have purchased boom and when I updated, it asked for my registration code. I still had the email with the regsitration information in it - so I entered it all into Boom and it is telling me that the registration info is not right and to try again. This is ridiculous.

    We suggest you to get in touch with our Support Team for registration related information. Please ensure that you copy and paste the entire code and leave no spaces either before or after the code.
  • I brought Boom on this site. I've updated my Mac to Yosemite and can't update Boom to make it work with the new OS because I didn't buy it from the Apple App store.

    How can I update Boom for the new OS and I don't know my reg. code either.

    Note:

    If you have purchased Boom via Mac App Store, then Mac App Store version of Boom does not need any registration.
