Export Menu - No Options except Quicktime Movie

Ater installing 3.6 when I go to the Share menu the only option I have for Export Video is Format: Movie which is Quicktime with no option to change it to M4V or any other way to modify video options.

Voila uses AV Foundation (the one used in QuickTime) to record/share video contents.
Hence in the latest AV Foundation, video sharing options are limited.
