So first, I would like to say that I used Boom for a while without any problem.
I had to restore my Mac, then I tried to re-install Boom, and now I can't see the icon in the menu-bar anymore. I have uninstall the program with AppCleaner, and tried to re-install it over and over again but it still doesn't work. I can see the installation of Boom on my Mac, but after that, I can't see it on my menu-bar.
But, the weirdest thing is that 'BoomDevice' is still in my In/Out devices when I go to my System Preferences.
Is there a solution to fix this problem and get my mac Boomed again ?
(I beg your pardon for my bad english).

I follow your remove instructions in the other post, it works for removing it from the System Sound Preference. Then I try to reinstall it, but the same problem remains, I've no problem during the installation but when the program tells me 'Boom is ready', I can't see the icon in the menu-bar...
Is your menu bar crowded? If so, could you please quit some items and check if it helps.
Please make sure that you install Boom app in Application folder itself and not in any sub-folders.
Could you please get in touch with our Support Team, they will provide you with an uninstall script to uninstall Boom completely from your system and reinstall a fresh copy.
