Haven't received activation code

I've sent two request from the contact form and a lost registration code message and haven't heard anything back. I purchased Boom last week from this site and received only a payment confirmation with NO registration code. This is unacceptable. Boom is great but this is by far the worst customer experience I've ever had. Buyer beware.
