Where can I enter my license??

I just did a clean upgrade to Mavericks and cannot find where to enter my license for Boom. Its prompting me to purchase the app again!

  • Hopefully someone can resolve this soon! My version is now locked out of the trial. I like the software but not sure its worth purchasing again given I just bought it a few months ago!

  • Will do. Unfortunately you cannot comment in the App store unless you've purchased it for a second time. Hopefully support will get on this! I emailed them a few days ago and haven't heard back from them yet! Great app, poor support thus far.

    We have provided an option to register Boom within the app.
    Please ensure that you copy and paste the entire code and leave no spaces either before or after the code.
    Please refer screenshots below to register Boom within the app;

    Note:
    If you have purchased Boom via Mac App Store, then please re-install from App Store itself. Make sure that you use the same account which was used on purchase.

    If you have purchased Boom via our website store, then please download a trial copy of Boom from our website www.globaldelight.com/boom next, register the copy with the registration code provided to you on purchase.
    You can retrieve your product registration code by filling the "Lost License Form"

  • Unfortunately I don’t have that menu item: http://d.pr/i/P5y8 the Kaufen (= Buy) links leads straight to the App Store. This is Boom 1.8.
  • I don't have that menu either. Is there another location to download a copy that has this menu?

    Firstly uninstall Boom within the app via Settings->Preferences->Uninstall. Next, download a trial copy of Boom via our website www.globaldelight.com/boom.
    Now, register the copy with the registration code provided to you on purchase.
    Please ensure that you copy and paste the entire code and leave no spaces either before or after the code.

  • Boom v1.8 is the latest version of Boom available. You can check the same under 'About Boom'.
    Also, we have provided an option to update Boom within the app.
