Having same problem since updating my Mac Retina to OS X 10.9. Is this happening to allot of users once updated to OS X 10.9? Will an Voila update be available to fix the issue?
Looking back on discussions, I see on October 13th a similar post. It is suggested to remove duplicate Voila software. I do not have any duplicate software. If I reload Voila will I lose all images saved? This would be terrible for me. I use this program a lot and any help would be welcomed as I feel at lost without it. Another side note: My Voila icon on the toolbar shows up with a grey circle with a diagonal slash through it.
I am disappointed not to have received any support from the company on this issue and its two days later. The good news is that I deleted my corrupted version and downloaded the software again. It opened up with my registration in place and all my images saved!
