installing Boom

I purchased a single user 6.95--cannot open--says Boom is open but doesn't show as
open on my Mac

You get the above message only if you try to open another copy of Boom when one is already in use. Please quit Boom if you are trying to replace or launch Boom.

Trail version is in-fact the real app. You just need to register the copy with the registration code provided to you on purchase.

I, also, was NEVER given a registration code!!!! I have paid for and installed BOOM and cannot access it due to never recieving registration code!!!
